Build a storefront customers want to shop—and your team can keep improving.
Most store platforms hand you a website and leave the rest to you. StoreMason gives you the storefront your customers see and the workroom your team runs it from — products, collections, content, requests, and orders in one place.
Turn products, collections, and customer journeys into a storefront people can use.

01
Built for stores where the customer asks questions first
Not every sale is a click. Customers compare, ask about fit, check what is in stock, plan a pickup, or want to talk to someone before they buy. Your storefront should carry that instead of fighting it.
Independent retailers, boutiques, resale businesses, and consumer brands
Specialty, outdoor, equipment, showroom, and assisted-sale businesses
Teams whose staff judgment is part of how the sale happens
02
Describe your business, then see it before anyone else does
You tell StoreMason what you sell and how customers buy it. It builds a storefront direction you review in a private preview — a real, working store only you can see.
Describe the products, the customer journey, and where staff step in
Edit it in place until it looks like your business
Publish the whole site at once, and restore the previous version exactly if you change your mind
03
Run the store, not just the website
Workroom is where your team works: the catalog, incoming customer requests, orders, shipments, and returns. Prices, stock, and order status come from the commerce system itself, so what your team sees is what actually happened.
Products, collections, and merchandising
Customer requests, orders, and staff follow-up
Fulfillment, tracking, cancellations, and returns
04
Store Agent does the work; you approve it
Ask it to find products missing photos, prepare a collection, or explain why a page looks the way it does. It shows you where the answer came from and what it plans to change, then waits. It cannot publish, change prices, or switch on payments by itself.
Build a storefront and privately preview it before any money is discussed. One platform package, with migration and integration work quoted separately. The recurring amount is confirmed in writing before you commit.
Can we start with a private preview? Yes — nothing is public until you decide it is.
Does every store need instant checkout? No. Requests, pickups, visits, and staff-assisted sales are supported paths, and public card checkout is not switched on yet.
Can you move everything from our current system? Migration is assessed by data type. Some things move cleanly, some do not, and we will tell you which is which.
What can StoreMason actually do today? Every capability has a published status, including the ones that are not ready.
